Privacy

This is a plain-language summary of how Ally handles information today. It is not a full legal privacy policy and may be updated before public launch.

What we collect

Waitlist: email address when you submit the notify form on the landing page.
Account: email and authentication identifiers when you sign in with a magic link.
Situations: text you enter (narrative, parties, dates, jurisdiction, and related fields) plus situation status.
Consents: your choices on intake checkboxes (stored with your account).
Supporting documents: files you upload and metadata such as file name, type, size, and upload time. Files are stored in a private storage bucket tied to your account.

How we use it

To operate the product you signed up for: saving your situations, listing your documents, and (with your consent, when built) future pattern and routing features described at intake. Ally does not sell your personal information in this release.

What we do not claim

Ally is not HIPAA-covered health software, is not represented as SOC 2 certified, and does not provide attorney review or regulator filing on your behalf. Uploading a document does not submit it to any government agency, court, or law firm.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. Deletion, export, and retention limits will be documented in a fuller policy before launch. Questions: hello@buildtoday.world.
